West Court is a residential compound located in 6th of October City, developed by Morshedy Group. MOD+Partners serves as the main consultant on the project, leading its full architectural and engineering vision from concept through delivery. The design offers a wide selection of properties, from studios to apartments, arranged within residential clusters separated from the commercial zone to preserve privacy and tranquility. A contemporary architectural language defines the project, featuring clean façades and a refined material palette suited to a calm, family-friendly setting.
