Seven Residence Commercial Hub is the mixed-use commercial component of Seven Residence, located on Zewail Street in Hadayek October, developed by Harby Group. MOD+Partners serves as the main consultant on this part of the compound, leading its architectural and engineering vision from concept through delivery. The commercial zone was designed as a self-contained retail and service hub for residents, bringing together shops, cafes, and everyday amenities within easy walking distance of the residential units. Pedestrian-friendly walkways and outdoor seating areas were integrated into the design, encouraging a relaxed, community-oriented atmosphere for residents and visitors alike. Flexible retail unit layouts were planned to accommodate a diverse mix of tenants, from cafes and restaurants to daily convenience shops. Natural light and open storefronts were prioritized throughout, enhancing visibility and footfall across the commercial strip. Its position within the compound, opposite Zewail University and near the Magdi Yacoub Heart Foundation, gives the commercial hub strong everyday relevance for residents and the surrounding community. Working in close collaboration with Harby Group, MOD+Partners shaped this part of the project from initial concept through to final execution. The result is a vibrant commercial addition that completes Seven Residence as a fully integrated residential and lifestyle community.
