DESIGN DETAILS
Seven Residence is a residential compound located on Zewail Street in Hadayek October, opposite Zewail University and near the Magdi Yacoub Heart Foundation, developed by Harby Group. MOD+Partners serves as the main consultant on the project, leading its full architectural and engineering vision from concept through delivery. The design offers a range of apartment layouts, from 109 to 178 sqm, tailored to suit both young professionals and growing families.
