A contemporary architectural language defines the design, with careful attention to detail ensuring both quality and efficiency across every floor. The building's identity was shaped to reflect the sophistication and prestige of its financial district setting, standing out among the New Capital's emerging skyline. Flexible, efficient office layouts were prioritized throughout, catering to the needs of companies of varying sizes. Working in close collaboration with Rwabet Developments, MOD+Partners shaped every phase of the project from initial concept through to final execution. The result is a premium business destination positioned at the economic core of Egypt's New Administrative Capital.

Sela Business Hub is an office development strategically located in the heart of the financial and governmental district of the New Administrative Capital, developed by Rwabet Developments. MOD+Partners serves as the main consultant on the project, with its design led by Principal Architect Mostafa Amer.
