Working in close collaboration with Khaled Sabry Holding, MOD+Partners shaped every phase of the project from initial concept through to final execution. Rosail City is a luxury residential compound located in the heart of Mostakbal City, directly facing Madinaty, developed by Khaled Sabry Holding. MOD+Partners serves as the main consultant on the project, with its architectural vision led by Principal Architect Mostafa Amer. Spanning 61 acres, with roughly 82% of the land dedicated to facilities and landscaping, the compound is designed as a fully-fledged, self-contained gated community. The design blends modern aesthetics with nature, centered around lakes, green islands, a main spine, and pedestrian-friendly pathways throughout the masterplan. A diverse mix of apartments, townhouses, twin houses, and lake villas offers a wide range of living options suited to different lifestyles and budgets. Amenities include a clubhouse, open theatre, spa, indoor and outdoor gyms, a commercial hub, and dedicated kids' areas, creating a complete lifestyle destination within the compound.
