DESIGN DETAILS
Pixel Plaza is a multi-purpose mall located in the heart of El Sheikh Zayed City, directly on Waslet Dahshur, developed by Solvia Developments. MOD+Partners serves as the main consultant on the project, with its architectural design led by Principal Architect Mostafa Amer. Spanning approximately 3 acres, the project features a ground floor with two upper levels (G+2), a basement parking area, and expansive open plazas. The name reflects the design philosophy behind it — just as every pixel builds a complete image, each unit and element within the mall contributes to a unified, sophisticated whole. The design blends structural elements with lush greenery and water features, creating a vibrant, inviting environment for shopping, leisure, and social interaction. Retail units, administrative offices, and medical clinics were all incorporated into the mix, positioned to serve the full range of business and everyday needs. Its strategic location, just steps from Zayed Gate 5 and directly opposite City Walk, ensures strong visibility and easy access to Sheikh Zayed's most important commercial and residential areas. Working in close collaboration with Solvia Developments, MOD+Partners shaped every phase of the project from initial concept through to final execution. The result is a modern, fully-integrated commercial hub positioned among Sheikh Zayed's largest destinations.
