El Asreya is an administrative development located in the Central Business District of Egypt's New Administrative Capital. MOD+Partners serves as the main consultant on the project, leading its full architectural and engineering vision from concept through delivery. The design offers a range of premium administrative office units, tailored to businesses seeking a prestigious presence within the New Capital's core. A contemporary architectural language defines the project, featuring clean façades, a strong vertical rhythm, and a refined material palette suited to the district's emerging skyline. Efficient, flexible floor plates were prioritized throughout, allowing tenants to adapt their spaces to a wide range of business needs. The masterplan integrates smart building systems and modern infrastructure, positioning El Asreya among the New Capital's next generation of office developments. Natural light and open sightlines were emphasized across the design, enhancing comfort and productivity for tenants. The tower's central location offers strong connectivity to the Iconic Tower, government district, and key transportation routes. Working in close collaboration with the developer, MOD+Partners shaped every phase of the project from initial concept through to final execution. The result is a modern administrative landmark positioned at the economic core of Egypt's New Administrative Capital.
