A modern architectural language defines the project, blending contemporary façades with a refined material palette suited to its coastal setting. The unit mix spans residential, commercial, hotel, administrative, and medical spaces, positioning Blue Diamond as a fully integrated destination within New Mansoura. Flexible layouts and generous spacing were prioritized throughout, offering both privacy and long-term investment appeal. Working closely with the developer, MOD+Partners shaped the project's masterplan and architectural identity from concept through to execution.
