Working in close collaboration with the developer, MOD+Partners shaped every phase of the project from initial concept through to final execution. MOD+Partners serves as the main consultant on the project, leading its full architectural and engineering vision from concept through delivery. Spanning 104 acres with a 360-meter stretch of beachfront, the design draws on Greek-Mediterranean architecture, blending blue-and-white façades with low-rise coastal forms suited to the shoreline setting.
