OVERVIEW
The masterplan integrates a wide range of amenities, including a food court, an artificial waterfall, co-working spaces, and ample parking with EV charging stations, elevating the overall visitor and tenant experience. Working in close collaboration with ARQA Development Group, MOD+Partners shaped every phase of the project from initial concept through to final execution. The result positions Annex 26 as a modern, fully-serviced commercial landmark serving 6th of October and the greater Sheikh Zayed area.
