OVERVIEW
Natural light and cross-ventilation were prioritized in the unit planning, enhancing comfort and everyday livability for residents. The project's location offers convenient access to both Cairo and Alexandria, along with proximity to key landmarks and service hubs along the desert road. Working in close collaboration with the developer, MOD+Partners shaped every phase of the project from initial concept through to final execution. The result is a residential community designed to offer a peaceful, elevated lifestyle just outside the city center.

Alex Road Apartments is a residential development located along the Cairo-Alexandria Desert Road, one of the fastest-growing corridors linking Cairo to the North Coast. MOD+Partners serves as the main consultant on the project, leading its full architectural and engineering vision from concept through delivery.
