Spade Mall is a contemporary mixed-use development strategically located on the Gamal Abdel Nasser Axis in 6th of October City. Designed by MOD+Partners in collaboration with Asaal Developments, the project aims to create a dynamic urban hub that seamlessly integrates retail, dining, medical, and office spaces within a cohesive architectural framework.
