MOD+Partners was entrusted with the full design and masterplanning of Silva Compound, a modern residential community located in the heart of New Cairo. The project was conceived to offer a harmonious balance between urban living and natural serenity, targeting families and professionals seeking comfort, privacy, and a refined lifestyle.
The masterplan emphasizes walkability, green open spaces, and fluid connectivity across residential clusters, community hubs, and recreational zones. Each residential unit—whether villa, townhouse, or apartment—was designed with a focus on natural lighting, ventilation, and seamless integration with the surrounding landscape.
