Palm Gate is a premium residential compound designed by MOD+Partners for OAD Developments in the heart of New Zayed, 6th of October City. The project is envisioned as a serene, green-gated community that blends contemporary architecture with functional urban design.

The masterplan promotes privacy, connectivity, and accessibility through a well-structured layout of standalone villas and twin houses, integrated with landscaped green corridors and community amenities. The architectural language emphasizes clean lines, natural textures, and warm tones that resonate with the surrounding environment.
