PROJECT BRIEF:
MOD+Partners was commissioned to design El Narges Compound, a premium residential development located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The project was designed to offer a modern, secure, and family-oriented living environment, tailored to the lifestyle and cultural context of the region.
The compound features a mix of contemporary villas and townhouses arranged around landscaped green areas, internal roads, and communal zones. The masterplan focuses on privacy, fluid circulation, and maximizing the use of open spaces, with dedicated areas for leisure, recreation, and community interaction.
The architectural style reflects a modern Gulf aesthetic—minimalist yet elegant—with carefully selected materials and a warm color palette that responds to the local climate. Sustainability and thermal performance were key considerations in the design, ensuring comfort and energy efficiency throughout the year.
