MOD+Partners led the vision and design for Blue Diamond, a landmark mixed-use development situated along the Mediterranean coast in New Mansoura. Designed to be a vibrant urban destination, the project integrates luxury residential living with dynamic commercial and hospitality components, all within a cohesive masterplan that celebrates the city’s coastal identity.
The development features a blend of upscale apartments, townhouses, boutique retail spaces, and a hospitality zone with beachfront access. The architectural language draws inspiration from modern Mediterranean aesthetics, with clean lines, light-colored materials, and generous outdoor spaces to maximize sea views and natural light.
