Located in the heart of Madina Al Monawara, the KEC project represents a visionary development designed to enhance the city’s cultural and economic landscape. MOD+Partners was commissioned to develop the project’s concept design, focusing on creating a timeless architectural identity that blends contemporary aesthetics with the spiritual and historical essence of Madina.
The concept emphasizes harmony between modern functionality and traditional context, integrating open public spaces, hospitality, and commercial elements that reflect the city’s welcoming spirit. Through thoughtful spatial planning, clean geometry, and a refined material palette, the design aspires to serve both residents and visitors while celebrating the cultural heritage of one of the most significant cities in the world.
