PROJECT BRIEF:
Arkania is a premium mixed-use project located in the heart of New Mansoura City, surrounded by banks, hospitals, universities, and essential facilities. Designed to be more than a typical development, Arkania is envisioned as a true destination. With a range of thoughtfully curated spaces for dining, shopping, entertainment, and A-class hotel apartments, it serves as a central hub in the new city.
The design approach focuses on dynamic, sculptural forms that align with the building’s functions, using modern architectural language inspired by nature’s elegance and sustainability. The site’s surroundings inspired fluid, curved lines, creating a remarkable structure that meets the client’s vision. Spanning a plot area of 15,000 m², Arkania includes ground, first, and basement levels, equipped with all necessary facilities to support the local community.
